Pickup & Drop-off Accuracy

Verify the exact location, dates, and times for both pickup and drop-off. Any discrepancies can lead to delays. Notify us as soon as possible if changes are needed. Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup.

External factors (flight delays, traffic, weather) may occasionally impact pickup and drop-off times.

Luggage Compatibility

You are responsible for ensuring your luggage fits within the chosen vehicle category. If uncertain, contact us before booking, or select a larger vehicle. When renting a 7-seater with all 7 seats occupied, luggage space is reduced.

Insurance Responsibility

It is your responsibility to verify suitable insurance coverage. We cannot advise on credit card or third-party policies. We strongly recommend the Liability Waiver for peace of mind.

Rental rates include: Liability Protection, Theft Protection, Gravel Protection, and Super Collision Damage Waiver.

• Deductible — small vehicles: 90,000 ISK
• Deductible — large vehicles: 120,000 ISK

Reservation Guidelines

Reservations are processed based on car group availability. Make and model may vary within the selected group. Baggage capacity is approximate — if uncertain, book a larger vehicle.
