The founding
In 2020, Mordy Siegel founded "Let's Go to Iceland." With a decade-long tenure in the corporate travel sector, where he managed millions of dollars company travel expenditure, Mordy faced an unforeseen interruption when the global pandemic brought business travel to a grinding stop.
It was amidst these challenging times that a twist of fate led him to Iceland. In the beginning January 2020, following a trip disruption caused by inclement weather in London, Mordy found himself inadvertently in Iceland where he swiftly fell in love with the country. Seizing the opportunity provided by the pause in his regular business activities, Mordy spent months immersing himself in Iceland's wonders natural beauty, forging local connections, and deepening his understanding of the nation's beautiful culture and landscapes.
Mordy divides his time between his home and office in New York City and the land of Fire and Ice.
