These Terms & Conditions outline how Let’s Go To Iceland provides and manages travel planning services for clients visiting Iceland.

Welcome to Let’s Go To Iceland, operated by Crescor Travel LLC. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Review them before booking.

  1. Services Provided
    Let’s Go To Iceland provides travel planning services for trips to Iceland. This includes coordination of accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities through verified suppliers.

  2. Booking and Payment
    All pricing and availability require confirmation at the time of booking. A deposit or full payment will secure reservations. Payment requirements and cancellation rules will appear on your invoice or itinerary.

  3. Best Rate Guarantee
    Let’s Go To Iceland offers a Best Rate Guarantee on qualifying car rentals and hotels. The comparison must match the same supplier, vehicle or room type, dates, times, insurance, mileage, fuel policy, cancellation terms, taxes, fees, and the final total. Quotes must include a full cost breakdown. Third party marketplaces, opaque booking sites, promotional codes, and flash sales are excluded. Management reserves the right to decline a rate match at its discretion. The guarantee applies only before booking is completed.

  4. Cancellations and Refunds
    Cancellation rules differ by supplier. You are responsible for reviewing each supplier’s policy. Refunds, when offered, follow those supplier rules. A 3.5% convenience fee is applied for voluntary refunds.

  5. Role and Responsibilities
    Let’s Go To Iceland acts as an intermediary between you and third party suppliers. We select reputable partners. We do not accept liability for acts, omissions, or negligence by suppliers or for events outside our control. Examples include weather, flight issues, or natural conditions.

  6. Travel Documents and Insurance
    You are responsible for correct travel documents, including passports and visas. We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

  7. Liability Disclaimer
    Travel services follow the laws of the country in which they occur. Crescor Travel LLC does not accept liability for injury, property damage, or financial loss outside its direct control.

  8. Itinerary Changes
    Itineraries might change based on local conditions or supplier availability. We will communicate adjustments as soon as possible.

  9. Privacy
